1. Order Cancellation

Before Preparation: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the kitchen has not started preparing your food. Please contact us immediately at the restaurant or through our contact number to request a cancellation.

After Preparation: Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. Please ensure your order details are correct before confirming.

2. Quality Issues

If you receive food that is not up to our quality standards, please notify our staff immediately. We will:

  • Replace the item at no additional charge, or
  • Provide a refund for the affected item(s)

Quality concerns must be raised while you are still at the restaurant or within 15 minutes of receiving your takeaway order.

3. Wrong Orders

If you receive an incorrect order:

  • Notify our staff immediately
  • We will prepare the correct order at no additional charge
  • If you prefer a refund instead, we will process it immediately for cash payments or within 5-7 business days for online payments

4. Payment Method Refunds

Cash Payments: Refunds will be provided immediately in cash.

Online Payments (Card/FPX/E-Wallet): Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the order has been prepared
  • Customer is unable to collect takeaway orders after preparation (no-shows)
  • Customer dietary restrictions or allergies not communicated at the time of ordering
  • Subjective taste preferences (e.g., food is too spicy, too bland) when ordered as per standard menu

6. Promotional Items and Vouchers

Orders using promotional vouchers or discount codes may have different refund terms. If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after discounts.
